a little about me

Hello! I’m Melina Siamalekas. I’m one of those people who doesn’t really beat around the bush or gives you sugar coated answers.  I know that sounds harsh, but once you get to know me, you’ll find out I’m a kind and generous person.  This is really what this website is about; getting to know the real me.  You’ll find stories of my past and present talking about Fitness and the days when I was growing up in school. Some day I hope to travel across Canada, visiting all the provinces, taking pictures and blogging along the way.

My website ranges from personal to work related items such as; my resume.  I like to think of this nook as some sort of multicultural website, keeping the same theme throughout all the pages. If you would like to know more about me, adventure over into my blogs. This is where I get real and don’t hold back.

Back in 2018 I started this workout called ‘bodyboss’. It’s a weekday workout and they come in physical books or online editions that give you instant access.  I’m a person that likes to plan, and enjoy the feeling of pen to paper. So I opted for the physical book and once I got it, I started right away. I saw results after 2 weeks, just like the website says. I finished the book 16 weeks later and saw a massive difference. My confidence went way up and I felt like I could take over the world. I stopped for a period of time because I thought I was invincible and nothing could make me gain weight again.  I know right? What was I thinking? So late 2020, I really wanted to start taking care of my body again.  To find out more, click the button below.
