Pro Distribution Services, 2016 to Present

Customer Service Representative

  • Organize and enter between 1 and 5 run lists per week, ranging between 1,500,000 to 6,000,000 copies per run list,  for the 7 of the 9 accounts in the company, resulting in what my co-workers need to ship out for that week.   I’ve arranged and optimized Excel Spreadsheets by using functions such as Autosum, Sort, Filter, and various formulas.
  • I am able to track shipments that are in transit.  This involves; calling the destination to see when the latest they can take the shipment by, relay that information to the agent, and updating the client. 
  • Direct shipments.  This involves receiving the paperwork after the fact, from the drivers, once the delivery is complete.  I would then ship the freight out of the system. 
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining accessorial charges (additional tailgate, and inside delivery charges from our agents).  I look over and audit most invoices from the 23 agents my company deals with.  I’ve audited around $3,000 to $60,000 a month.  Once they’re audited, I make sure the totals are correct.  This helps the accounts payable process and complete cheques for our agents. 
  • Responsible for updating and maintaining the fuel surcharges.  On each invoice audited, I make sure the fuel surcharge our agents are using is correct.  Once confirmed, I proceed to audit.
  • Responsible for creating accurate invoicing reports every week and sending them to management and our clients.  I’ve sent over $200,000.00 worth in invoices.
  • Collections.  I’ve spoken to 22 clients regarding collecting outstanding invoices.  To date, I’ve collected over $1,500.00.

Administrative Assistant

  • Prepared and quality assured 10 to 20 transcripts a day, to be printed, bound, and mailed.
  • Completed Purolator waybills for all Transcriptions that have been prepped and ready to be sent out.
  • Provided service by physically going to courts in Toronto to hand-deliver transcripts.

  • Throughout my time at Glen Abbey, I’ve spoken to and retrieved 1,000+ orders for customers to enjoy.
  • I’ve taken  payment via cash, and card.   Received payment for food purchases and made a change if required.
  • Maintained concession and equipment in an organized, clean manner at all times.

  • I’ve processed 10+ pass and membership sales through a POS machine, along with giving information about programs parents can register their children in for the summer.
  • Processed facility rentals for rinks, and community rooms in the facility.
